John Krasinski is set to revisit the eerie silence hit horror movie 'A Quiet Place' for a sequel. The Office star and his wife Emily Blunt fronted the spooky 2018 movie, which Krasinski also wrote and directed, and now producer Andrew Form has confirmed there will be a follow-up - but there's no rush to start production.
Krasinski's pet-project A Quiet Place (2018) showed us what he is capable of as a writer and director. Also, it was probably his most intense and mature performance by far.
A Quiet Place 2 is going to happen in near future, with Krasinski, Bryan Woods and Scott Beck assigned as writers, and Krasinski, Brad Fuller and Michael Bay as producers.
What a crew!
Krasinski is not sure when he will start the preparations for this sequel, and he is not going to rush the project.
John is currently working on the upcoming TV series Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan (2018). Krasinski is, of course, the leading man Jack Ryan, an up-and-coming CIA analyst who is thrust into a dangerous field assignment as he uncovers a pattern in terrorist communication that launches him into the center of a dangerous game.
