Actor and director Kenneth Branagh has finally begun filming the long awaited 'Artemis Fowl', a series of books that's often been compared to the likes of 'Harry Potter'.
New Kenneth Branagh's directorial/production effort will be a movie adaptation of the teenage book Artemis Fowl.
Artemis Fowl has been written by Eoin Colfer, and screenplay will be written by Michael Goldenberg, Adam Kline and Conor McPherson.
For now, there is not too much information about this movie, as it is still in its early stage of production.

Artemis Fowl (2019) is about (you have guessed it) Artemis Fowl, a young Irish criminal mastermind, who kidnaps the fairy LEPrecon officer Holly Short for ransom to fund rescuing his father. Once a transaction is made, they go onto a hunt for the evil pixie Opal Koboi, and rush to save Fowl's dad from the Arctic.
