Drew Pearce talks about his big screen directorial debut 'Hotel Artemis'

The brand new sci-fi thriller 'Hotel Artemis' is the directorial debut of Drew Pearce, a man who's previously written movies like 'Iron Man 3' and 'Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation'. Since this was his first big movie project, however, he faced a number of issues on the set.

Drew Pearce is the 42-year-old British moviemaker that started his career as a producer of a TV series High Spirits with Shirley Ghostman (2005).

He has also worked on television shows such as Damage Control (2005), Lip Service (2006), and No Heroics (2008-2009).

Pearce is also known for his screenwriting on previously mentioned TV series, and movies like Iron Man 3 (2013) and Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation (2015).

He has also wrote the script for his big screen directorial debut Hotel Artemis (2018), with Jodie Foster in leading role.

Hotel Artemis (2018) is a sci-fi film set in near-future Los Angeles that is torn apart in a riot. The Nurse runs Hotel Artemis, a secret, members-only emergency room for criminals.
