Alicia Vikander speaks about her rigorous training for 'Tomb Raider'

The new action adventure 'Tomb Raider' is based on the iconic video game series, and stars Swedish beauty Alicia Vikander as heroine Lara Croft.

Alicia Vikander made a name of herself by appearing in movies such as Testament of Youth (2014), Ex Machina (2014), and The Danish Girl (2015).

For the last one, she has won the Oscar for Best Supporting Role.

She is currently working on Freak Shift, an action/thriller about a band of misfits who hunt down and kill nocturnal monsters.

Vikander's freshest big screen effort will hit the theaters world-wide on March 16, and that movie is - Tomb Raider (2018).

Vikander had to be in a great physical shape for this role, as Lara Croft is character full of energy and strength.

She, of course, had a trainer to help her build the physique she needed for the role. Magnus Lygdback is his name of the trainer, and if you want to look like Alicia Vikander this summer, click on the video above, and find out all about it.
